No hidden costs.

Transparency is one of our key values. That's why we communicate with you all the costs that may arise. There will not be any charges from our side. Whether or not you will be charged depends on your qualifications, and language skills. We will gladly advise you on this in a personal meeting.

    • There are no fees for our recruiting services. That means: We place you free of charge at a renowned healthcare facility in Germany.

    • If costs are incurred for your language course (German B1/B2), you will have them refunded after you start working in Germany. The refund serves as a starting money for you to kick-start your career in Germany.

    • As a nurse, the costs for your journey to Germany will be fully refunded. Under certain conditions, trainees can also have their travel expenses reimbursed. Your personal bb. advisor will provide you with further information during the recruitment process.

    • For the first 3 months in Germany, your employer will cover the costs of your accommodation. This will give you enough time to find your own flat. Upon request, the bb. team will support you with your apartment search.

We work on the "give and take" principle. As a bb. candidate, you can use our recruiting service free of charge and you will receive extensive, intensive and personal support from our team.

    • Motivation - We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated to emigrate to Germany and want to pursue a career in nursing.

    • Commitment - We expect our candidates to commit to our program. This includes that you as a candidate adhere to contractual terms with bondingb. as well as your employer in Germany. This is our understanding of mutual responsibility.

    • Qualification - As a bb. candidate, you will work with renowned healthcare facilities in Germany. To start your nursing career with us, you need a degree in nursing or equivalent qualifications in the healthcare field.

    • Values - Tolerance and respect are core values that we as bondingb. embrace and that we also expect and promote from our candidates. We expect tolerance and respect towards foreign customs and traditions as well as towards all people we encounter.

"Many people in India have experienced having to pay a lot of money for recruitment services. I want to change that. I want to help people from my home country to progress financially and professionally - without making them pay for it. I think everyone has the right to work and education."

  • bondingb. promotes international exchange in healthcare in a responsible, fair and social way. To this end, we only recruit healthcare professionals from regions that do not have a nursing shortage. Kerala is located in the southwest of India and has a very well developed education and healthcare system. The number of nurses per citizen is above the Indian national average and the corresponding threshold of the World Health Organization (WHO). According to this, Kerala does not have a so-called "critical shortage" of health personnel. Likewise, India does not have a critical nursing shortage.

User's Guide to the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel.

  • Our headquarters in India is deliberately located in Kerala:

Although Kerala has the second lowest poverty rate among Indian states, the number of job seekers is comparatively high. Many well-educated people in Kerala are unable to find work in their hometown and choose to work abroad. With the sometimes significantly higher foreign wages, many support their families and thus contribute significantly to the relatively high standard of living in Kerala.

For the very well-educated Kerala healthcare professionals, employment in a German healthcare facility is highly attractive. The German healthcare system enjoys an exceptionally good reputation, and many would like to deepen their expertise here. A win-win situation.
