Stephanie von Schultz
CEO & Co-Founder
Berlin
Stephanie von Schultz is the CEO and founder of bondingb. She founded the agency in Hamburg in the summer of 2020 and is based in Berlin and Hamburg.
Stephanie finds her passion in Human Resources. She is excited about finding and developing talents by connecting people from different backgrounds and nationalities to build up coherent teams. She believes that globalization can positively impact the world once we learn to follow the “Give & Take” principle. Moreover, she is a strong believer in social businesses: “our generation should focus on businesses with positive impacts on society”.
Stephanie has many years of experience in recruiting on an international level. She has dealt with the issue of nursing in personal and professional matters. She is especially concerned in the global lack of nurses: With bondingb. she wants to tackle this subject from a multidimensional angle to find solutions on the global scale.
Stephanie has a deep entrepreneurial drive: during her studies she worked for several startups and has been developing and supporting various projects ever since. As a member of Enactus at University of Dundee, she started getting involved in social projects and initiated global entrepreneurial projects to make it more sustainable on a social and ecological level. In 2015, she spent several months in Indonesia working at Yayasan Cipta Mandiri (YCM), a social project for underprivileged children and adolescents. At YCM she did preeducational work in the fields of motivation and critical thinking, psychology, politics and philosophy.
Stephanie is traveling the world and trying to learn as much about different cultures as possible. She is fluent in German and English and currently learns Portuguese.
Annabell Castell
CEO & Co-Founder
Berlin
Annabell Castell is CEO and Co-Founder of bondingb. She joined the agency in September 2021 and is based in Berlin.
Annabell studied Psychology at the University of Vienna and is currently completing her MBA in Business Management part-time at the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland.
Having a passion for strategic management and social business is her daily driver. As an authorized signatory for the family business "Stopper GmbH & Co.KG" Annabell was managing director for four years. During this time, she successfully restructured the company: She automated and digitized business processes, opened new business areas and professionalized the Human Resources department.
To achieve sustainable and high-quality results, Annabell works with interdisciplinary teams tailored to the projects. She is passionate about agile methods such as SCRUM, which she uses to promote and motivate her team.
For years, Annabell worked in outpatient care as a freelance geriatric caregiver. She knows from her own experience the physical and mental challenges that come with the nursing profession - and at the same time its beauty and importance. "I have a lot of respect for everyone who works in nursing."
Then, as now, she was motivated by being able to witness the results of her work firsthand. Being close to people, treating each other with respect and appreciation, and standing up for justice - that's important to Annabell. "bondingb. is my personal opportunity to make my contribution to a juster society." She has made it her mission to create fair working conditions in the recruitment of healthcare professionals.
Annabell is fluent in German and English.

Marie Mader
Head of Coaching
Berlin
Marie-Sophie Mader is Head of Coaching at bondingb. and responsible for the conception of integration seminars. Since October 2020, she has been part of the team.
Marie studied "Psychology" at the University of Hamburg and graduated with two Masters, one in "Art Analogue Coaching" and one in " Business Psychology" in Hamburg and Bremen. In addition, she has completed a training as a "systemic coach" and regularly participates in further coaching trainings.
As a freelance systemic coach, she supports people who want to reorient themselves professionally, grow further or get to know their potential, in finding their goals and visions. Furthermore Marie is involved as a fair coach at the agency "Fair-coaching", which offers people in special life situations advantageous coaching offers. Marie worked for the agency "Gerlent" as HR Manager and was responsible for Business Development. She now brings her professional expertise to bondingb.
Marie's personal motivation is to motivate people to act and rethink. In her work and in her life she wants to express tolerance, appreciation and openness and create a culture of respectful "learning from each other". On this basis, Marie regularly develops new and creative coaching concepts and methods. Among other things, she has developed a coaching tool that enables people to express atmospheres, moods and feelings with the help of colours.
Based on her experience as a guide for young refugees, she has also developed the workshop concept "Where I come from, where I want to go" for people with a refugee or migration background. Here the participants get to know their individual resources and potentials better, they concretize their professional and personal vision and learn to work towards it step by step.
Marie works, travels and learns all over the world. She has studied and lived in Portugal and Italy, volunteered in Kenya and Thailand, and traveled through Asia, Colombia, Cuba, Morocco and Eastern Europe. Marie speaks German, English, Italian and French and is currently learning Portuguese.

Anna Homolla joined us as Head of Communications & Project Coordinator from September 2020 to July 2022. She has accompanied bondingb. since its foundation and was intensively involved in the development of our agency.
Anna is an information scholar, media expert and freelance journalist. She has worked for many years with renowned publishers such as Der Spiegel, Zeitverlag, taz and Deutsche Presse Agentur (dpa). Today she works as a freelance coach and trainer specialized in stress management.

Tim Brabender was a junior recruiter at bondingb. from November 2020 to June 2021. He was responsible for digital talent management.
Tim studied "Intercultural Business Psychology" and worked for a headhunting company in the field of finance and real estate. During his gap year in New Zealand, he developed an enthusiasm for collaborating with people on an intercultural level. Today he lives in Sweden where he is completing his Master's degree in Psychology.
