Stephanie von Schultz
CEO & Co-Founder
Berlin
Stephanie von Schultz is the CEO and founder of bondingb. She founded the agency in Hamburg in the summer of 2020 and is based in Berlin and Hamburg.
Stephanie finds her passion in Human Resources. She is excited about finding and developing talents by connecting people from different backgrounds and nationalities to build up coherent teams. She believes that globalization can positively impact the world once we learn to follow the “Give & Take” principle. Moreover, she is a strong believer in social businesses: “our generation should focus on businesses with positive impacts on society”.
Stephanie has many years of experience in recruiting on an international level. She has dealt with the issue of nursing in personal and professional matters. She is especially concerned in the global lack of nurses: With bondingb. she wants to tackle this subject from a multidimensional angle to find solutions on the global scale.
Stephanie has a deep entrepreneurial drive: during her studies she worked for several startups and has been developing and supporting various projects ever since. As a member of Enactus at University of Dundee, she started getting involved in social projects and initiated global entrepreneurial projects to make it more sustainable on a social and ecological level. In 2015, she spent several months in Indonesia working at Yayasan Cipta Mandiri (YCM), a social project for underprivileged children and adolescents. At YCM she did preeducational work in the fields of motivation and critical thinking, psychology, politics and philosophy.
Stephanie is traveling the world and trying to learn as much about different cultures as possible. She is fluent in German and English and currently learns Portuguese.
Annabell Castell
CEO & Co-Founder
Berlin
Annabell Castell is CEO and Co-Founder of bondingb. She joined the agency in September 2021 and is based in Berlin.
Annabell studied Psychology at the University of Vienna and is currently completing her MBA in Business Management part-time at the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland.
Having a passion for strategic management and social business is her daily driver. As an authorized signatory for the family business "Stopper GmbH & Co.KG" Annabell was managing director for four years. During this time, she successfully restructured the company: She automated and digitized business processes, opened new business areas and professionalized the Human Resources department.
To achieve sustainable and high-quality results, Annabell works with interdisciplinary teams tailored to the projects. She is passionate about agile methods such as SCRUM, which she uses to promote and motivate her team.
For years, Annabell worked in outpatient care as a freelance geriatric caregiver. She knows from her own experience the physical and mental challenges that come with the nursing profession - and at the same time its beauty and importance. "I have a lot of respect for everyone who works in nursing."
Then, as now, she was motivated by being able to witness the results of her work firsthand. Being close to people, treating each other with respect and appreciation, and standing up for justice - that's important to Annabell. "bondingb. is my personal opportunity to make my contribution to a juster society." She has made it her mission to create fair working conditions in the recruitment of healthcare professionals.
Annabell is fluent in German and English.
