Our Origin Story.

After many years of recruiting experience in the healthcare sector, Stephanie von Schultz realized that the nursing shortage is a global problem that needs to be addressed on a broader scale. In the past this problem has been treated through rather economic solutions. That's what she wanted to change.
Aiming to advocate justice in the globalizing world, Stephanie created the idea of founding a recruiting agency that promotes the empowerment of nurses. Through intensive discussions and creative brainstorming, she elaborated the idea together with Anna Homolla in August 2020. One month later Stephanie founded bondingb. in Hamburg.
Being an experienced coach working in the area of intercultural integration, Marie Mader joined the team in October 2020. Together with Stephanie she developed a concept to overcome the challenges of intercultural integration and strengthen the healthcare staff as well as the executives.
In September 2021, Annabell Castell joined the agency as CEO and Co-Founder. She herself worked for years in ambulatory care and successfully restructured her family business as an authorized signatory. Together with the team, she pursues the goal of creating global justice through the empowerment of healthcare professionals - in Germany and worldwide.
